Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theflowpulseapp.com and related services (the "Services"), operated by FlowPulse Technology Ltd (trading as "FlowPulse", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using them, you confirm you are 18 or over.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Subscriptions, billing & payment
We offer a Free plan and paid subscriptions (Pro £7/month, Premium £20/month, and annual options at a 20% discount). Paid plans are billed in GBP (£) through our payment processor, Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Paid subscriptions auto-renew each period until cancelled. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
4. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel anytime via Manage subscription in your account (or by contacting support); you keep access until the end of your current billing period. You may request a refund within 14 days of a new subscription purchase. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. No financial advice; cryptocurrency risk
FlowPulse is a market-intelligence and information tool. It translates and describes cryptocurrency market data; it does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing on the Services is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any asset. FlowPulse describes what is happening in the market — it does not predict what will happen. All signals, scores, AI-generated explanations, market data, and other outputs are for general informational purposes only, may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed, and must not be relied upon as the basis for any financial decision. Cryptocurrency is highly volatile and high-risk, and you may lose some or all of the money you invest. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should do your own research and consider advice from a qualified, independent financial adviser. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from your reliance on the Services.
6. AI features
Some features use third-party AI (Anthropic's Claude). AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are informational only — the disclaimer in Section 5 applies fully. You must not use AI features in any way that violates the AI provider's terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services to advertise or sell goods or services;
- sell or transfer your profile or account;
- post financial, investment, or trading advice, buy/sell/hold recommendations, or price predictions, or coordinate or promote the buying or selling of any asset (including "pump-and-dump" activity or market manipulation);
- solicit funds or promote scams, fraudulent schemes, phishing, or unsolicited referral or affiliate links;
- impersonate FlowPulse, its staff, or any other person or entity; or
- otherwise misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services.
8. User-generated content (Community)
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it as part of operating the Services. You are solely responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to post it. We may review, moderate, remove, or take action on content or accounts that breach these Terms or our community guidelines.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, design, text, and branding (excluding user content and third-party data), are owned by FlowPulse Technology Ltd and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.
10. Third-party websites & services
The Services may link to or rely on third-party sites and providers (e.g. Stripe, Google, CoinGecko, and links posted by users). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, sites, or services.
11. Copyright
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, contact us at contactflowpulse@gmail.com with details of the work, the infringing material, and your contact information. We will review and remove infringing material where appropriate.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or timely.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify FlowPulse Technology Ltd against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. 5, 12, 13, 14) will do so.
16. Changes
We may update the Services or these Terms. For material changes, we will give at least 30 days' notice before they take effect (by posting the revised Terms and/or notifying you). Changes for new functionality, security updates, bug fixes, a court order, or legal/regulatory requirements may take effect immediately. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
17. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Northern Ireland.
18. General
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between us regarding the Services. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor.
