No — you can use the dashboard without one. An account keeps your Ask AI usage tied to you rather than your device, and it's where paid features will live when they arrive.

Each coin has an "Explain this signal" button. The AI looks at what that market is doing right now and walks you through it in plain language. Free accounts get 5 explanations a day. It won't give price predictions or tell you what to do — that's by design, not a limitation.
